The GoLloyds service is ideal for the overseas remittance needs of corporate users. Remittances with GoLloyds are: Easy: one time registration of beneficiary accounts Simple: a bank transfer to your GoLloyds account is all it takes Efficient: consolidated payment service for sending to multiple beneficiaries, saves time and money Fast: we will ensure that payments received before 3:00 p.m. on a business day will be processed by us on the same day. However, depending on which country and / or bank you wish to remit to, the day the funds are received may vary.
To get started simply fill out the GoLloyds corporate application form, including the details of your organisation and the beneficiary accounts to which you will be sending funds. Print out the form and post it to us including an original copy of the company registration (Tokibou tohon) and an original copy of the seal certificate (Inkanshoumesho) both of which need to have been issued within the last 3 months. Additionally we require a copy of one piece of I.D. (e.g. Alien Registration Card, Japanese Driving Licence, Inhabitant Certificate or Health Insurance Certificate) of a company representative, such as the person in charge of remittances. Please note that this service is only available to companies registered in Japan. If you wish to send in Japanese Yen, please contact us on 03-3589-7745 directly because some beneficiary banks do not accept Japanese Yen. Also, the overseas remittances in Yen funds are subject to an additional fee of 0.1% of the remittance amount (minimum charge of ¥1,500). Alternatively, you can also download and fill out a PDF application and post it to us, along with the required certificates and ID. For questions and/or inquiries please contact us on 03-3589-7745.
Consolidated Payment: How it works Our consolidated payment service is designed to save time and cost when sending multiple payments on the same day. Instead of making a separate furikomi for every remittance, use the Overseas Remittance Request Form (ORRF) to calculate the Yen total of all payments to be sent and then simply make a single furikomi of this amount. Fax in the ORRF form and upon receipt of the funds GoLloyds will divide and send the funds according to your instructions.
